Investing in the community

A healthier community is a safer community

How are we investing back into the community?

Conway's Pharmacy is involved in many organizations and support many local activities and initiatives like KSAAT, Sting, United Way, MVHS Athletic Department, Freedom Center, Knox County Health Department Health Center, Women United, Food For the Hungry, Ariel Foundation Park, MTVArts, Knox County schools.
Local Athletics Organizations:

It is an honor and privilege to serve in a small town such as Danville. Our presence here will mean little if we are not involved in community and family welfare. This year we have been a part of the Danville School Athletic Program, and it is a great joy to celebrate this years accomplishments, such as the Girls Basketball District Champions. Conway’s Pharmacy is also a sponsor for Mount Vernon Athletic Boosters.

Community Arts and Theatre: MTVArts:

For many years, we have supported local arts and theatre in many ways, and we continue to do so.

Local Drug Take Back Programs:

With a community of over 400 million users (and a majority age group being 18 to 29), wouldn’t you want to make sure you’re monitoring what people are posting on social networks? Especially if the demographic of your audience falls in that age range.

KSAAT:

With a community of over 400 million users (and a majority age group being 18 to 29), wouldn’t you want to make sure you’re monitoring what people are posting on social networks? Especially if the demographic of your audience falls in that age range.

Mental Health / Addiction Services:

Most recently, Conway’s Pharmacy partnered with Riverside recovery Services to provide health screening and medication advice to the community during the Self Care Day in January. At this event, we provided free consulting and advocacy to individuals who suffered various levels of addiction and others who were in recovery. We look forward to helping in others again.
