MyMeds+™ by Conway’s Eastside Pharmacy is a new medication pouch packaging system that helps our patients take their medication as prescribed. Designed for those managing multiple medications on a daily basis, MyMeds+ delivers a simplified, safe and convenient prescription experience that ensures a consistent medication regimen.

Streamlined refills and pickup.

We will work to coordinate and synchronize all medications before your next refill. That way, you can come in once per month to pick up all of your medications.

Stress-free regimen.

The detachable, easy-to-open pouches accommodate your busy schedule — eliminating daily or weekly sorting and complicated instructions. On every package there is a detailed list of medication(s), accompanied by the day and time to take each pill.

Increasing patient adherence.

Medication adherence is the key to controlling chronic health problems such as diabetes, heart conditions and high blood pressure. According to recent data over 50% of medications are not taken as prescribed.

MyMeds+™ FAQs.

What medications can be filled in a MyMeds+ pouch?

Prescribed daily medications can be packaged, and we can also include vitamins and over-the-counter medications with an approved prescription from your prescriber. Talk to a staff member today to see what is right for you.

My medications are currently filled throughout the month. How does that work?

We will communicate with your insurance provider and physician to synchronize all of your prescriptions so you can pick up your packaged medications once a month.

What if I am prescribed a new medication in the middle of the month?

Your new prescription will be filled with enough medication to get you to your next refill and then will become part of your monthly MyMeds+ medication roll.

How do I pay for this new program?

This new MyMeds+ program does include any additional fee outside of your normal copays, coinsurance or prescription drug cost.

How long do I have to pick up my medications?

Your medications will be packaged approximately three days before you should pick them up. You will receive a phone call once your medications are ready.

What happens if I don’t pick them up in time?

In order to enroll in the program, we require a credit card to remain on file. After seven days, your card will automatically be charged, as medications cannot be returned to inventory for safety reasons.
